Access TermServ On Home PC Through Corporate Firewall?

Does anyone know how I can go about accessing TermServ on my home PC through our corporate firewall? It blocks everything except port 80 (and even that through a proxy). We have a SOCKS proxy setup for FTP and other types of transfer, but in TermServ you cannot specify a proxy to use.

I am a computer programmer and I code a lot of my stuff at home so being able to access it from work would greatly increase the ease that I do things during the day at work.

Check with your IT department for how they want you to do it, there's a reason its firewalled. Circumventing it could well get you fired.
