Access sending email problem

I have set up a report in Access to be emailed to many users through Outlook 2003. When I try to send it Access makes me wait 5 seconds before I send it out and then I have to confirm the email to send. How can I automate this process so that I can run the report and have the emails sent without having to confirm each individual email being sent after waiting 5 seconds?
