Access program not running in taskbar or system tray?

I fired up Prime95 and have it running currently. I was testing minimizing it to tray or to taskbar, and I've made it disappear from both now, but it's still running under the "Processes" tab on Task Manager. Just wondering if there was any way to switch to a a program that is only listed in the Processes tab, not listed in taskbar or systray. Thanks! =)

(Yes, I know I can "End Process" if I want, but I just want to see how long it's been running, etc.)

Edit: Alt-tab doesn't work as well, thanks =)
 
I've been able to use alt-tab to get to programs in the past where that has happened, but sometimes it just doesn't work either 😛
