Access form question

An access form won't open, nor will it allow me to open the design view.
I don't get any error, just no response. I have no idea what might be causing this.

yes. the problem is exclusive to the one form.

Could delete it, then re-create it.

Try closing Access and then opening it again. Also make sure there aren't any stuck instances of Office applications running in the background.

If that doesn't work, try taking a copy of the form and opening the copy, and also try compact/repair database from the menu.

Thanks, but I've already tried all of the above with no results.
Its not a local issue, it won't open from any workstation.
Any other ideas?
