Access denied --- *.msc & *.msi

[ACCORD MAN]

Hi, as stated, when I try to open an .msc or .msi I get an access denied box..

The only "major" thing that happened recently was the installation of a game (Test drive).

One single user on this system.


Anyone know how to remedy this? It kinda sucks cause I cant access various admin tools.

Is your account set up as the computer administrator? Also someone/thing couldve changed your local/group policies
