Hi,
Windows recently crapped out on me, and I decided to operate. However, there's a BUNCH of stuff that I need to save, about 50 or so gigs worth of documents and other data. I had a spare 13 gig harddrive lying around and decided to put that to use.
I formatted the 13 giger and installed xp on it, with hopes of saving some info. I set the harddrive with the crapped out version of windows on slave, and tried to copy some documents over. However, each time I try to copy my folder containing the docs, it says "access is denied." XP must have some sort of access requirement for the documents folder, but I NEED to copy that folder. It has all my school work, work, and tons of important stuff I need.
Is there anything I can do to get around this? TIA.
