Access denied error message

Hello, I recently got a hard disk enclosure for my laptop and I'm using my old 30 gig western digital caviar. THe thing is I can access every folder there is in the hard drive except Documents and Settings. It gives me the access denied dialog box. What's wrong?

it might be formatted NTFS in which case if you are not logged in as admin it wouldnt let you browse it.
