I have searched but still not sure what is the best way to Sync exact database's. I have one on a flash drive and the other on my computer, I have updated files on the computer and over time didn't update the flash drive and or updated files on the flash drive and not updated on the computer.

what is the best way to make sure both files have the same data? They both have the same structure.

any help is appreciated.

thanks

Why not just pop in the Flash Drive, and copy the updated file to the FD overwriting the existing file? Both wuill then be exactly the same.

Well, which everone is the latest is the one you use to overwrite the other. All files have a date of last change. I never rely on my flash memory files - they are usually older because they are simply used as a "sneaker net" between my main system and my laptop.

This is just one of the many reasons why you should use a real database instead of access. There is only one copy.
