Access database has error after copying to another PC:FIXED!

I copied an Access 2000 database from one computer to another. I assume the problem is that the installed options of Access differ from one PC to another? Also the hard drive letter and path are not the same. It is like it cannot find a component part?

The error is: Compile error: Can't find project or library. (see attached graphic)

Basically the code pulls up a country's flag when I select a Country name from the Country drop down list.

I was able to get into the References option and find the missing reference.
