Access and messages

I'm hoping someone can give me a push towards either the right macros set up, or program to do this with. I work in a motor plant, and am currently working on an Access Form for Audits out on one of the lines. After the worker fills out this form, we are putting a notify option. When the worker presses notify, we're wanting a message sent, and for the notification to be a pop up window. Anyone know how I could go about this? I already know I'm going to have to work with macros some, but I don't know what program I can use so the person gets this pop up window.
