hey guys,
I just installed office 2003, and I am having issues with Access 2003.
I installed it and tried to open a database and I get this error message.
I also get the message when I try to start a new database.
Workgroup administrator couldn't create the workgroup information file. Make sure that you have specified a valid path and file name, that you have adequate permissions to create the file, and that you have enough disk space on the destination drive. (-3100)
I hit the "ok" button and it shows another window saying Access couldn't find file "file path" This file is required for startup.
I search google and found that people say just goto Tools menu>Security>Workgoup Administrator and change the file.
Well first off I am admin on this machine, I have plenty of disk space, and when I goto the security menu and open the workgroup admin menu, I try to change anything and I get the same error message and won't let me change the file location or the workgroup
