Access 2000 Query

Can any one give me some hints an tips.

I have a spreadsheet that shows the mileage between different sites. i want to convert this into an access database. just to explain a bit. the first column is one list of sites and the top column is another and when you join two sites it will show this distance between the two sites. i want this to be done in access with pull down menu's , can anyone tell me how to basically make the table and clues on using the form and how to do the lookup

Chris, this is actually a pretty simple project but would take a while to type out instructions for you. My suggestion would be to go buy an introductory Access book and use that. You would also have a reference for future projects.

I'll give you a tip though, to get the data into access just import the spreadsheet.
