Access 2000 - FoxPro Tables

Okay this is a weird problem.

I have some Access 2000 databases that have some linked foxpro tables.

I have created a system dsn microsoft visual foxpro odbc driver.

Now when I go into these linked foxpro tables, there will be times where it will throw an odbc error and times when it would let me view the table.

What's going on?

I found out a bit more on the problem:

If I open Access and open a linked table, it will open 100% of the time. However, if i close that linked table to open another linked table, it fails to connect. It seems like I can only have a single ODBC connection open once per session. Is this an Access limitation?

Do you have the latest MDAC drivers installed?

I have MDAC 2.7 RTM. Do you think I need 2.8 to fix this problem?
