Accepting paypal payment from Thailand... AND Paypal ATM Card Question

I sold my EverQuest account, and somone in Thailand won the auction.

He paypal'd me the $700 as agreed tonight. Ineligible for seller protection and he has an unconfirmed address. He wants me to give him the account information...I want to wait until it all clears and i have the cash in my hands. I've heard of people getting burned like this in the past - I used my Paypal atm card and withdrew $400 from an atm ( the max they allow per day ) What do you guys think . . . should I wait it out a few days to make sure that its a legit payment? I've heard about people having chargebacks and other BS.

As far as the atm card, it says you can withdraw $400 a day. Does this reset 24 hours after your previous withdrawl, or does it reset at midnight every day?

Thanks

Where does it say $400 is the limit? The only limit I've seen said $1000 not $400... maybe things changed.
anyway, if you're unsure just wait until you have the money?

Your daily ATM cash withdrawal limit is: $400

Anyways, i'm going to wait a few days before I give him the account information...I stated that clearly in the auction, if he has a problem with it, F 'em

Refunds his money, send him another invoice for the item but invoice it as a service, not ebay goods.

This way if he does a chargeback there were NO tangible goods exchanged. Also, he can't say goods weren't received. Now, this does not save you from CC fraud, but if you withdraw fast enough and don't need your paypal account you should be fine.

wait for it to clear... thailand can't have more than 1000 everquest players which raises a flag as to why he'd want the account. once the money is in your hands, go ahead and deliver as promised.
