Acceptable Temps

I am trying to get a base line of actable temps for my t-birds, and how much cooler I need to get it. Currently I am running CPU temp at 116 F and MB temp at 98 F. This is with the side off and I still have one more case fan to add. The system runs fine with the side off, but earlier I tried with the side on and it overheated. I have made modifications that I will add tomorrow. I have my 800 running at about 978 Mhz and a CPU voltage of 1.69, I want to crank the voltage up bur I am worried about the temp.
