Acceptable free e-mail providers?

Can someone recommend a free e-mail provider that is not banned by Anandtech? Preferably something online (no software installation required). Thanks.

You could try mail.com. They offer a variety of domain suffixes other then mail.com as well.

i've heard Beer mail is a MEGA spam attraction...they sell your addy and you get more than if you were in hotmail! but i have no experience...just a rumor i heard.
