Acceptable CPU Temps?

I have a P4 2.4Ghz processor. What are acceptable cpu temps for light and heavy loads?

My P4 M 2.4 (In a laptop) reaches 63-65 degrees under full load...

whatever isnt crashing or otherwise being unstable. Though, I'd probably want to be keeping it from reaching or going over 65C.

i have a 2.4c with is7, and the mobo monitor reads about 39 C idle and 47 C on load on cool days. of course, i have a thermalright SP-94 with ~60cfm fan.
