Acceptable CPU & Case temp

I recently built a PC, AMD 1.33GHz, 266MHz FSB, MSI KT7A-R, 2 IBM 7200 RPM 75GB Drives in RAID 0 with 512MB RAM. I am using MSI's temp monitoring software and will frequently look at the CPU temp. It is consistantly around or slightly above 120F during heavy usage. I would like to know if that is normal or high. I have a large CPU heatsink with two fans and a server tower case with 4 80mm fans. Should I look at investing in more cooling hardware?

Well, your temps are fairly "normal" for your MB, so you really shouldn't worry about it. Also remember that you can't compare temps with other setups.
