Accept Forum Rules

I keep getting a message when I log in that I have not chosen to accept forum rules. Can someone possibly tell me what this is about & how to correct it?
 
Humm. I'm honestly not sure what it is you're seeing. You have to accept the forum rules before you even register an account. There isn't a secondary confirmation I'm aware of. Could you please post a screenshot?
