Accelero Twin Turbo fan control

so this is how my cooler is powered. I read that 12V gives best performance and im assuming this is a 12V setup (im still new) so Im wondering how do i get a fan reading on this badboy and how do i control the fan speed. Do i have to plug it into the 8800GT's original cooler's plug?

You're going to have to unplug it from the molex connector and just use the connector at the end of the sleeving into the PWM 4-pin connector on your 8800GT.
I don't remember if the 8800GT's use a PWM fan and if they don't, then you're going to have to plug that 3-pin connector into a controlled motherboard header. But DO NOT use multiple connectors at once.

ah thanks. yes the 8800GT did have a PWM fan, the 4 pin went into the original's plug.
