I recently purchased an Accelero S1 rev. 2 for my PNY 8800GT.
I have two issues/questions:
1) The PNY 8800GT already comes fitted with a PWM heatsink. However, it is somewhat tall. It nearly comes in contact with the Accelero Heatsink. If the PWM heatsink touches the Accelero heatsink, what would happen? I will add pictures of the heatsink clearance after I get off work.
2) I got rev. 2, so my mounting bracket looks like this:

However, when I install it on my 8800GT, the mounting arms do not touch the PCB. No matter how much I try to screw the mounting arms down, the arms can't touch the PCB. The PCB actually starts FLEXING due to screws. However, the contact between the heatsink and the GPU looks good. If the mounting arms don't touch the PCB, would that be a problem?
EDIT: Haha massive fail on my part. I have to reread the instruction manual for the above.
