For this generation of coolers, even though I'm using a Freezer 64 Pro and a Silencer, I would rather go VF900. It's not as bulky and is probably going to perform the same if not better.
 
So, anyone with the X2 on an X1900XT? How are your temps and noise compared to the stock cooler? I'm already looking for a new cooler and I haven't even gotten the card yet! (I'm a quiet freak 😛)
 
I got my X2 On Monday. So far it works well. I achieved slightly higher OC but mostly the upside is how quiet it is. I have it running @ 100% fan speed and its almost inaudible.

Recommended.

Gersson, what has it done to your case and CPU temps? Have they gone up?

All I'm gonna say here is wait until it goes mainstream on about the 20th of this month. I have one and explained what it's doing for me on my X1800 series as we speak......

Beyond that, read many MS/AMD/Intel/ATI/nVidia docs.? LOL! Their full of mispelled words and grammar errors.............😀

looks interesting, looks BIG! I don't see how that b ig fan on top will fit in my case. Maybe the angles of the pics make it look more beast like then it really is.

LOL! It's not nearly as big as the pics make it look. Takes up less room than the Arctic Coolers did..........(not the new ones)
