hey how ya do that? Everytime I try red eye removal it just makes the eyes all silvery-gray and smoky looking.

I have a "Red Eye Reduction" action for Photoshop 7.0 that I can send over to you. You use the ellipse or lasso tool to select around each eye and run the action.
