Academic Software (WinXP)?

I've seen people (students of course) get Windows XP for like $10.. do you have to go through a local university, or be a student there or something?

I need another (legal) copy of Windows XP, but I don't have much cash.. I'm a student so I figured I might as well check out this option.

Check with your school to see if they participate in the MS Campus Agreement. If so, you should be able to get a copy of XP for about $10-$25. Otherwise, the next cheapest price you can pay is $99. I got my Academic Version of Windows XP for that price from an online store...forgot the name though. Hope this helps.
