AC Freezer 7 Rev 2 - fitting it in the case

OK, so I bought an Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 for a home server that I'm putting together, mostly with spare parts. I'm putting it in a Silverstone HTPC case, and while I think the heatsink will fit, the pipes will be very close to the top of the case (prob only a few millimeters separation).

Is that going to be a problem?
