AC Freezer 7 Pro

Is there a better fan i can attach to this thing for super-uber-absolutely pwning cooling? 😛

Oh and if there happens to be the need to slightly mod the AC Freezer I won't mind...as long as i dont' have to bore holes or something extreme like that...😉

HERE YOU GO... 😀

wheeee thnx. vindsl

Also...the AC Freeezer 7 comes w/ a 3 pin mobo connector... mine has a four pin connector labelled "CPU_FAN" or something...however...

there is another connector named "PWM_FAN" or something like that has a three pin connection. Since the AC cooler is a 3-pin..can i just stick it in there?

Look at the center of the fan blade. There is a block where all the blades are connected to. The block itself serves a mechanical purpose. It does not move any air and some refer to it as the "Dead Zone".

You only benefit from a larger fan if you somehow channel all the air to go through the fins. Otherwise, you have a lot of air just going around the sink without going through it and a larger dead zone!

I don't see why not.
Make a record of every measurement. Then, you can compare the results under different conditions and decide.

I'm thinking of manufacturing a duct/compartment for the 120mm fan to blow through (i have a metal and fabrications shop at school).

Oh. but by itself, the ACF7P is a good heatsink by itself right? so i don't need to worry about its conductivity?
