You see a lot of dolby digital decoders in the consumer market - in DVD players, receivers, PC cards, car stereo, etc etc. I know they use either a single chip solution or a DSP implementation, depending on the application. I know there are a lot of DSPs that can do this decoding, but I don't have the budge to purchase a kit/system to implement it, so I am looking for a simple single chip solution.

So far, I only found:

Cirrus's (Crystal) AC-3 Decoder - Not using this one because it requires external micro-controller
SAA2505 - I can't get my hands on this chip.
STi4600 - Probably the closest one I can get my hands on.
MB8634213 - also difficult to get
MAS3528 - impossible to get.

Are there any others out there that's EASIER to get? What about a DSP that is already pre-programmed to do ac-3 decoding?
