Abusive tactics used excessively to link 9/11 and Iraq

So the administration heaped abuse on prisoners trying to get a confession of a phony link between 9/11 and Iraq so it could be sold to the public. Remember how members of the administration kept using 9/11 and Iraq in the same sentence over and over? Selling the public on a false premise and at the same time denying they linked the two. The only member stupid enough to actually claim the link directly was Cheney.

I'm no expert on torture but if you have to waterboard somebody 183 times in a month I would think it's not very effective. Either it would render the victum brain dead or they don't know the information sought.
