Absolver (PS4)

Been thinking about it for awhile. It's been on my steam wish list ever since I first saw it. Honestly I'm hesitant to buy now but I am keeping an eye on it.

People playing it on Twitch seem to love the mechanics of the game. Which is 90% of the game.

But watching it on Twitch, I have to say that the game needs more polish and it actually looks kinda boring.

The strangest thing to see is the triggers that exist in game. With old games, you'd cross an imaginary line and the enemy's would "see" you. I've noticed countless times that enemy's "see" you in this game as you exit a staircase for example as you enter an open area. For an indie game company which stuck a $30 price on the game this is OK though. The game doesn't use line of sight at all. I'm not sure if average gamers will look over these gripes. The graphics also look very outdated. The graphics might look that way because of the compressed video that Twitch uses but the stream I watched didn't seem pixelated so I think I was seeing a fair representation of in game graphics..
