Rodney Mullen is a skatebording legend. These are clips from his old promo video. He's now retired.

the camera follows him for a long time in some of his videos. of course he messes up sometimes but I doubt it took all that many tries to get what you see in the video. besides, I'm sure he had fun doing it. yay!
 
Rodney Mullen literally invented Street Skating most of the tricks that you see people doing were invented by him. He's been practicing for decades and he's incredibly talented, that's how he can do it.
 
The video is a compilation from several commercaily released movies going back to about '93 spliced together with more recent stuff. Mullen is pretty much a prodigy, on a different level than most everybody else in the world. I was hoping that his 'reverse flip' would be in there(flips board, catches, flips other way, lands) and there were 2 of them. I was so freaked the first time I saw that it's not even funny.
