What about a piece of hardware you are absolutely content with?

I will vote for my Matrox Millenium G200 AGP (8 MB SGRAM).
At a "value" category, I'll choose my 2nd hand COMPAQ FS151 monitor (77 DM at purchase, around 30$). Works up to 1024x768 at 84 Hz. Pretty good for a 1993 monitor, huh?
