Why are your street lights greenish in tint? Mercury vapor lamps or something?

We use primarily High Pressure Sodium lamps in our street lights in the States, so they have a decidedly orange hue.

How's the air quality there?

I have a view of the palm trees in my backyard. I prefer nature to cityscapes personally. Plus, it's nice and quiet here at night. I really prefer the peace and quiet.

Nice pics, but I wouldn't say it's absolutely beautiful.

while the view may be similar, the amount of people live with a view like this are extremely few and far between.

This condo is over $2,000 a month (1 bedroom)


I am very forunate to have such a view without other towering buildings obscuring my view (which will change in about 2 years)

the day doesn`t mean anything other than a tradition. Ever summer there are about 10 firework shows in Tokyo. This was the largest of them all. Last year I saw the second largest which had less but more unique fireworks
