I'm about to pull the trigger on a Micro Center i5-2500K and need a very inexpensive board that will allow me to overclock the chip well. I will only be using two SATA ports, one my 96GB SSD and one on my DVD-R. I will be using my current 6850 video card and never plan on running dual video cards. I have a 2x4GB G Skill Ripjaws DDR3 kit:

Micro Center has the following Gigabyte for $64.99 after $10 instant and $10 MIR. Would this do the job, or should I ante up for a P67?

First of all, you can't overclock on H67/H61 boards. You need P67 or Z68.

Secondly, if you want to do any significant overclocking, don't skimp too much on the motherboard (nor the PSU either). Some low end boards have crippled overclocking options in BIOS. They generally also have fewer power stages for the CPU.
