ABS Mayhem = Acer 2020?

I know a lot of these companies just tweak out and customize Sager's and other base notebooks to sell. Do both of these use Sager (looks like it in comparison), and for that matter are these the same nobebook?
 
Do not believe either of the above mentioned models are originally designed by Clevo/Sager.

Acer machines are surprisingly designed by Acer themselves, I believe.

As for the ABS machine, if you are referring to the Mayhem G2 (there are currently three models of ABS machines being sold), believe the ODM would be Mitac. Perhaps an 8050? Not absolutely certain.
