That could be because you type too fast. The keyboard has a problem transcribing fast key strokes.

That must be it. I'm getting tons of transposed letters. I love the feel of the keyboard and can even live with the clacking and the squeaky space bar, but my typing really suffers.

Finally got mine today (money order lol) and I was like OH GODE NEW KEYBOARD HOW MUCH I NEEDED ONE. Sound doesn't bother me since I where headphones 80% of the time.

Mine was DOA :|. First DOA I've ever had, too. It would almost never get power, and when it did NO computer would recognize the drivers.

So now my $20 keyboard is a $32 keyboard as I have to ship it back, but I still opted for a replacement instead of a refund, as I thought the keyboard was pretty sweet.

Newegg has replacements? There's no stock showing on their website. I wish they had more, this is a great keyboard, and I need another. I'm going to have to get a Filco....

Yeah... maybe they saved a couple for RMA's... if they have none I'll just ask for a refund.

I would never pay to ship something back that was DOA. This is a perfect example to speak to your CC company about.

Now I am not counting shipping that gets reimbursed once the item is found to be defective and not a user-error.

deal with the vendor directly then. DOA is something the buyer should never have to cover.

if you deal with vendor you still have to pay shipping. if you complain to newegg about packing they will pay for the return ship. i had to do that once with a hard drive that came with no packing

no you don't....at least I never have. DOA is a no problem charge back.

I have dealt with DOA's in the past from shady merchants. I never paid shipping in the end.

Unfortunately they are out of stock, but I managed to get a refund on the shipping. I had to trouble paying for a replacement, but paying $12 to get nothing was a little too much.

Anyhow, customer support was great! I got the refund in under 1 minute of Newegg chat.
