ABS Computers... how do they compare to Dell/Gateway?

Anyone dealt with ABS Computers at http://www.buyabs.com/ ? PCWorld says they make the best computer for value and performance. Anyone own an ABS? used one? heard bad things? good things?

I recently bought a rig from ABS a few months ago and really enjoy it. They use quality parts and the price is very reasonable too. I would recommend them if you don't wish to build your own 'puter.
