ABP Easy List vs Easy Privacy

When I install ADBP on Pale Moon, by default, it has a subscription for Easy List and another for Easy Privacy.

Do I need both? or do they both in conjunction with each other?

The reason I ask is I don't want to clutter my browser with many subscriptions which may slow down or break websites loading.

You can get them separate or as one combined.

Personally I install all of them along with Fanboys social media and annoyances lists.

That's kind of outdated.
Easylist and Fanboy's list are merged as one now.
The social annoyances and malware domains ones are small add-ons. They do not overlap.
