They're located in Vancouver, and selling 256MB "Micron" PC133 for $129 Canadian. That's about $86 US dollars. I think it's a CAS 3 RAM and one of those "generic" PCB with Micron chips. I'm not sure, though. Contact them directly and check.
I'm not sure what they charge for shipping, but give it a shot. I think it's a very good deal, especially for me since it is within driving distance from my place.
