See the funny thing about life is the dumb stick together where as all the regular and smart people fight with each other all the time about who is right. The smartest just manipulate society.

GG?

why are you giving these people reason to continue appearing in public by logging on to their streams? it's basically your fault, but you have the power to stop this.

You are not forced to watch it, so if you don't like it you can always like...NOT watch it.

A difficult concept to grasp, I can imagine.

Never heard of her, never watched twitch. I guess she's moderately attractive, not hot (Just guessing; I haven't seen a pic or vid), but basically if you're moderately attractive or better as a female you can get tons of subscribers by just talking at a camera because people are really f**king boring and will watch you endlessly anyway.

Dude's got nearly 7 grand to donate? Shoot, perhaps he should get a gym membership, a personal trainer, and maybe go on some real dates.

I don't understand people. Unless you're a multi millionaire I would hesitate to give anyone that much money. Charities- yes. Streamers- Hell No!

I've read too many stories about people who once made good money but are now broke because they didn't respect money. They spent money like it's water.

I've got a friend that streams and is making ridiculous money. Like $2-4k per night. No joke. It amazes me that people will give $500+ in one go. I don't understand it. We think its kids with wealthy parents and they use their parents credit card or something.

$2-4k a night? Are you serious?

Is he a pro? That's a lot of money. 😱

I know a few wealthy people and they wouldn't allow their children to give away $500 like it's nothing. In fact, they would whip their asses. Parents are idiots, period! I don't care of they make $20k a year or a million.

Dead serious. I've been over there while he streams. Its nuts. He did it for fun and then started making decent money so he went full time and now its working out very, very well for him. I think it awesome and he is being cool with the money by investing it and such, not blowing it. No telling how long the twitch donation stuff will last. Kind of curious how taxes work on that.

Taxes?

He needs to pay taxes on his earnings or else he could find himself in a lot of trouble. Anyway, good for him.

Yeah its weird because they are "gifts" through paypal. You can privately give people "gifts" up to $10k per person without getting into the taxable gift category. Then again they could be considered "tips" and would be subject to tax. So, I'm curious to see how his tax rep works his earnings. Money made through advertisements are certainly taxable.
