Does anyone know how to get android to keep trying on sending txt messages if the cell network cuts in and out? Its pretty fsking annoying to have the thing constantly asking me to try and resend messages when it should just be doing that on its own.

I'm using handcent if it makes any difference.

Probably a handcent issue. Have you tried the HTC client

Switched to CHOMP, fixed the problem. Weird that the most popular SMS client would have such a glaring bug.

I believe the HTC client does that. Not the default Android one. Not sure what the G2 comes with....I think its the standard.
