About to place order, see anything wrong with the parts?

Upgrading from my old x2 3800+ to intel, first time intel since my p3. Anyways I just need some advice on the motheboard and hsf. Will probably overclock moderately. Trying to save money if possible and this is mainly for gaming. Budget is $450/400 i guess usd. Would also like quietness if possible.

Case: p180 (already own)

PSU: Antec 500w neopower (already own)

Processor: E8400 (already purchased 150$)

Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-EP35-DS3L or any other alternatives around the same price? Can't find ip35-e anywhere.

Memory: GeIL 4GB (2 x 2GB)
or
G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB)
or anything cheaper and as good?

Videocard: Evga 8800gts 512mb (already own)

Cooling: ocz vendetta 2Ocz Vendetta 2 (38$) + Arctic Cooling MX-2 ($6) + Thermalright LGA775 Bolt-Thru-Kit ($7) + (7$shipping) = $58
or
Noctua NH-U12P ($58) + (7$shipping) = $65

Either kit will be fine, just figure out if you want to deal with MIR. You save about $8 if you have to pay tax on the items after shipping.

You could go with the Xigmatek HDT-S1283. It's within a degree or two of the Vendetta2 IIRC, comes with a bolt-thru kit, and thermal paste. If you must have the MX-2 and the Thermalright kit, then I guess it doesn't really matter. The Xigmatek runs $37 at Newegg with free shipping.

And I just got that RAM in the mail after buying it only 6 days ago for $90! I guess that's the way newegg pricing goes. Get it while its hot.
