Looks damn fine, minus the Kyro 2. That system is a powerhouse and 3DGaming is going to be bottlenecked by the Kyro 2...if at all possible I suggest getting a Geforce 3.

Only if you're a diehard gamer and do nothing else on your computer but play games.

Looks like a really good system. Since you are going DDR anyway, might I suggest a mobo with the AMD761 northbridge instead of the KT266 chipset? Newegg doesn't have any of the Epox EP-8K7A in stock but it does have the RAID version of the same board available for less than the mobo you listed. There is also the MSI K7 Master for $138 and the FIC AD11 for $109. The only reason I suggest a different chipset is because the KT266 doesn't show any performance improvement for DDR aver the KT133A chipset.

Too late I just ordered

I hope I dont have any problems with it

*Crosses fingers*

edit: I decided to go with this board after many many weeks of research. Its made by a reputable company, All the reviews Ive seen have shown it as a good preformer, and most importantly Its BLUE!! (j/k)

I'd get an AMD760 board instead of KT266.

Also, if you don't want to spend too much for the video card, get a Radeon LE. With a little patch, it's a Radeon 32MB DDR, and will perform just almost, if not as good as a Kyro at a fraction of the price.
