Do you mind noise?

I run a SP97 and a Panaflo 92mm M1B and I find the fan loud.

Well, I keep the unit under a desk on carpet.. so I figure the noise won't be too bad. Plus, I have a fan controller, so if it's really too bad I can bump it down a notch. I figured I'd rather have more and be able to turn it down, than not enough. 🙂

It is loud, I have mine undervolted to about 7v.

I have the Panaflo FBA09A12M. 48CFM at 30dba. I didnt see the 92mm H1B you mention in Panasonic's pdf on their 9x series fans. Quiet and cools my TR SLK947u and oc's mobile 2600 very well. Everything else about your setup seems good to go!
