About to order build, need recom. on PSU

Hello all.

Well the exciting time to hand over some well earned cash for a new build has finally arrived. Last time i bought a PC it was an Athlon 3800+ so times have changed a bit and I can't make up my mind on the PSU.

The PSU's i was thinking about are the 700W M12 SEASONIC & the TT TOUGHPOWER 750W.

This is the order I am about to place.

CORE i7 920
ZALMAN 9900
GIGABYTE EX58 DS4
3GB CORSAIR XMS 1333 DDR3
640GB W.D. HDD
1GB 4890 POWERCOLOR
LG SATA BLURAY COMBO PLAYER
LIAN LI PC-60B
MICROSOFT DESKTOP 500

I will be attempting a 24/7 overclocking rig and expect to use it for a couple years and I am concerned that I will require more power for this build, but i read one thing and it seems okay and another and i feel uncomfortable again.
What do you guys in Anandland think?

Cheers.

750w is just fine for your build.

I don't know how much those PSU's you've listed cost, but Corsair 750w is ~ $100 ATM, and is a favorite of almost everybody.

3 GB RAM? You should really be acquiring 6, assuming that you intend to run Vista x64 or Win7 in the future, or 64 bit Linux distro.

Zalman 9900 is a ripoff at $90, IMO.

Seasonic always rates high..
TT is made buy the smae company as Corsair CWT if I remember correctl...

Like FG said most folks here like Corsair for the all around maker...
