im ditching my amd system and going with the intel setup..which cpu on average ocs more? the 2.4c or the 2.6c? All my goal is for now is 3 ghz with the stock intel cooler..this should be no problem at all..however later on i will oc it more, so which on average goes higher? ive heard the 2.4c, because of the lower mulitple..also is corsair xms pc3200 good for ocing these chips..should be right?

thanks

2.6 easily. Order from staples, comes to $191 total after pricematch and coupon.

With PC3200 ram, get the 2.6C.
At 250fsb 3250Mhz with ram on 5:4 (DDR400)
Should be a pretty easy OC and on default vcore/vdimm.

2.6C. 2.4C pushes the FSB and ram a bit too hard and can be a limit. 2.6C does not have this issue.
