my client is running NAV2002, however she recently purchased another year of service. How do i re install norton so that she can keep her additional year of service?

Do i need to call norton? Web registration?

i know when my 1yr service ran out on NAV2002, all I had to do was uninstall then reinstall it and I got another (free) year of service...
