About to go on a double date BUT.. a new prob...

4 of us were gonna iceskate then eat but my GF has a flu so that idea is out the door...

I live in the Boston area and I'm totally out of ideas for what to do in the city in this weather:

1. Can't goto bars because my GF and my friend's BF aren't 21.
2. Can't iceskate as mentioned.
3. Clubbing isn't really a good idea at all for getting to know each other.
4. WTF is there to do in the city besides dining out!?!?
 
As long as this isn't a first date, go to the movie and then to dinner... or dinner then to a movie.

Mini-golf, bowling, pool halls are good too.

no it's not, that's for with group of friends, not 2 couples looking to have a good time by getting to know each other, remember only two of us know each other (that's how we got connected) same goes for movies

Go for bowling or pool then. The activates foster talking, and you can take your time and even drink while doing those.
 
You know, from thinking of things that you could do, I just realized that I have no idea what I would do if I met a new girl that I would go out with...I've been out of the scene for so long, and I'm not on campus anymore, I don't know what I'd do! Oy, how pathetic...pool hall wouldn't work for me, since I'm a pool junkie, and I'd hate to play with someone that isn't good. 😛
 
She should rally rest. Especailly since finals are soon. The flu is bad this season............ A-Panama A Tonga & A Fijian (the first 2 are covered by the flu shot but the fijian is not)

hmm.. yea, I can't think of much to do in Boston either. How about a comedy club? Comedy Connection or Improv Asylum.. There's also pool or bowling as others have suggested, though it's only fun if everybody is into it.
