OK So i just bought a dremel with some reinforced cutoff wheels and i'm about to cut out the hole for the pcmods window kit. My question is, do i cut from the inside of the panel or from the outside? In other words, do i cut from the painted side or the metal side? Does it really matter?

Doesn't really matter. If you cut from the inside out, you may cut down on scratches to the exterior of the case.

I cut mine from the metal side, don't think it matters though. I knew I was going to sand it down and paint anyway so scratches were not a concern. I don't remember a whole lot of scratching anyway.

i cut from metal side. because that's where i pencil in my cutting lines, etc. also, like was side, it reduces the chances of chipping your paint job.
