Hopefully the title explained my issue, but if it is as follows.

I'm completely fed up with the GA-965P-DS3 r3.3 (f12 bios). I have 4 1GB sticks of G.Skill DG9 PC6400 that simply don't like this board. Every time I restart the PC I have to go through this retarded process of dropping in some PC5600 just to get the BIOS not to freak about the 2.1VDC my RAM requires. Often times my PC spontaneously restarts, and god forbid if I have to restart intentionally. Anyhow, I'm fed up :(

So since I want to keep my RAM I'm faced with replacing the MOBO and I was hoping the AT community had some recommendations for the RAM I spoke of before. I do intend to overclock my E4300 but I don't require SLI.

Seems like the Gigabyte P35-DS3L is getting quite a bit a praise but so to did the 965P-DS3, so I have to admit I'm a bit hesitant.

I appreciate any feedback offered!

PS

Specs are as follows:
ATI 1950XT
G.SKill
G. Skill PC6400 1GB x 4
E4300
Corsair 520HX PS
Antec 900

My P35-DS4 rev 2.0 boots no problem with Microns. Have run the Microns in four slots (as per my sig) with 1.8v 4-4-4-12 PC2-6400 without any difficulty even though Crucial state vdimm of 2.2v. I am now overclocked the memory at 1066MHz and using 2.3v. No crashes or unbootable scenarios at all when boot. I can throroughly recommend this board. Has excellent overclocking with a wide variety of possible tweaks although is not user friendly (bad layout).
