About to change email addy. What do i do?

I crack rc5 (Stats for [email]motorboy26@aol.com[/email]) and im on AOL (what a pain it was to get to where i could post here) which im about to ditch for @home cable and need to know how to change my info. Thought i saw somewhere in distributed.net's FAQs about it once, but cant find it now.

There are a few cows in my herd that i cannot get to to change the address. Will they be automatically rerouted to my new address or...?

Start up a client with the new e-mail address. Wait 48 hours or so until DNET shows the new address in Stats. Then, log into the old account and you can "retire" it to the new account. If you don't know your password to the old account, get it sent to you before AOL closes it.

It is at the very bottom of your DNET profile page. All blocks will transfer, including those that still trickle in from clients you can't change immediately. While you could be lazy and not change them, it is safer if you do to ensure future credit.
